HOW DOES TELEHEALTH WORK?

WHAT IS TELEHEALTH?

Telehealth, also known as telemedicine, refers to the practice of using telecommunications (iPhone, Computer, iPad) to conduct a consultation; evaluate, diagnose, and care for you using audio and/or video conferencing over the internet.

You may participate in telehealth appointments using a personal computer with a webcam or smart mobile device with a built-in video camera.  

New Patients: Initial visits via video allow us to meet face to face to review your visit and personalize your care when a home visit is not an option. Please call or text 305-290-1144 to provide your name and email to provide you with a link to the patient portal.

Video Visits are via Zoom. Download Zoom, an invite is sent to your email, click on the link, you will be placed into a virtual waiting room, and your virtual visit will begin momentarily.  It’s that easy!

Established patients: visits may be via phone or video based on need. Access your patient portal to schedule an appointment.

NOTE: In home visits are available for new and established patients who are visitors or residents of Naples and Marco Island.
